Perform Loan

Click the ‘Loan’ icon in the middle of the screen.

This box will show up below the icons.

New

You can search using several different fields but mostly likely you’ll want to use customer name. Enter a last name and you can press enter on your keyboard and AlphaPawn will search for the name. You can click the ‘Select’ button or just click the ‘Next’ button on the bottom right hand side of the screen.

Click the ‘Enter Item’ button and the enter item panel will come up.

Fill out as much of the information as you wish (see below image) and click the ‘Done’ button. Your item will show up in the grid above. If you have more items to enter click the ‘Enter Item’ button otherwise click ‘Enter Loan’.

The tender payment window will come up. Click ‘Done’.

Depending on how your printers are setup it will either bring up this window or print a ticket automatically.

Existing

When finding an existing loan you have two options of how to find that loan. If you enter the ticket number you will be taken directly to the loan maintenance screen; if you do not know the ticket number go with option two.

On this screen is where you will interact the loans; right clicking on the loan will give you more options as well as the options listed to the left.
